Scilla Web Design is owned and run by Andrew Dickey
ACIB.
Andrew has many years of valuable business experience
(21 years) with Barclays Bank in the UK, and was a Local Business
Manager serving the Southend-on-Sea Community.
In 2004 Andrew retired from the bank on ill
health grounds. Having always had a good skill set with
computers and a flair for page design and layout Andrew decided
to obtain a qualification in small business web design. In 2005
he passed the Clait Level One Exam in Small Business Web Design
using Microsoft Frontpage.
With his invaluable small business experience and
also skills with web design Andrew has brought the two together to
create a unique service.
Andrew is able to carry out this work mainly
based from his home in Essex, and is able to travel reasonable
distances to meet with clients if required. This could be to
take photographs to include on a site.
